Rates, Equipment & Bookings:
• All studio equipment available in a given room may be used without additional charge.
• Phase One rates include the services of an experienced engineer or assistant, unless otherwise noted.
• A deposit to book studio time is required. Terms of payment to be agreed upon between our client and Phase One before recording begins.
• Drives, CDRs or tapes with studio data, whether taken by client or left at the studio, remain the lawful property of Phase One until invoices are paid in full.
• A 2% charge per month may be added to the total owing for balances past 30 days.
• Phase One's complete liability for recording media left at the studio that is lost or damaged will be limited to the cost of the media itself.

Hard Drives:
Phase One recommends that our clients supply or purchase a quality external hard drive prior to their booking date. All session work will be backed up to this drive. Phase One can supply professional hard drives for clients that do not have their own. We strongly recommend clients have a second hard drive on hand as a back up for their data (2 in total). This double backup method is the only secure method of saving your session data should something go seriously wrong once you leave the studio. These two drives should be kept in separate locations. It is studio policy to regularly erase our in house drives to make room for new sessions. Phase One may keep a backup of your session for a limited time but we cannot guarantee the integrity of the data due to a variety of reasons. Archiving and backup is ultimately the responsibility of our client and the safest as well.
